Application Process
The first step for an individual interested in applying for a position with Lithia Motors Inc. is to complete the online application process. Simply click on the "Search" section of this site and you will be taken directly to our application. Please read the instructions carefully and enter the required information. If you experience technical difficulties while completing the application, you can select the Technical Support link on the bottom of the application.
Once you apply, we will review your application to see if you meet the basic skills and qualifications of the position. Given the large volume of applications we receive, we are unable to respond personally to all applicants, although we do our best.
Prior to a face-to-face interview, a Personnel Coordinator or Recruiter will contact you for a brief phone interview. If the interviewer feels there is a fit between your experiences and the requirements of the position, you will be asked in for a formal interview with the Personnel Coordinator and other appropriate personnel.
All applicants must meet the following minimum hiring requirements:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Have an acceptable driving record with at least 24 months of experience
- Possess a current and valid driver’s license within state of residence
Offers of employment are contingent upon the following:
- Passing the pre-employment drug screen
- Acceptable background check
- Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S. (I-9)
