Lithia Sales Intern Qualifications

1. Sophomore or Junior year status
2. Be willing and able to commit to 90 days of full-time employment (length of time may fluctuate based on school break schedule)

Application & Screening

The same screening and application process is followed for interns as for any other applicant. All minimum hiring requirements must be met. These include the following:

1. Must be at least 18 years of age
2. Must provide proof of ability to work in the United States
3. Must possess a valid driver’s license in the State of residence with no restrictions
4. Acceptable background check and motor-vehicle report
5. Completed application and assessments
6. Pass pre-employment drug screen
7. Approval from Hiring Manager and Internship Coordinator
